Eagle GSD3s vs S02JZ
Just fitted Eagle F1 GSD3s to my Scooby, and I can't help noticing that they have a much wider footprint than the same size Bridgestone RE010s they replaced 205/50/16. They also stand out from the wheel rim like the S02JZs on the S.
Could this mean that they will be pretty close to the wider footprint of the S02JZ, meaning that they might be usable in the standard 225 size on the S?
It might be worth a letter/email to Goodyear to find out. I've been very impressed with the tyres so far - quiet, excellent ride, superb grip, and better feedback through the steering. I haven't tried them in the wet yet.
Just thought it was worth checking out.
