Wouldn't surprise me if a condition of getting on the pre-approve bidder's list is to accept and agree that the actual price is say 10x the bid price - would presumably avoid some ebay fees that way...

Also, the buyer is responsible for shipping fees which would be steep from the States I'd imagine.
