Default Engine cleaner

Hi Everyone my engine block is looking a bit anodized I would like to clean it and apply some sort of protection can you recommend anything thanks and have a fantastic Christmas.

Hi there. Im not really practiced in engine cleaning, but I know autoglym do an engine cleaner that is ment to be good at removing stubborn grease.

Guarantee my rocker cover looks 100x worse than everyones on this forum. Its shocking.

Gunk is easy to use and gives great results, make sure to cover any connectors up to stop them getting wet. Cling film usually does the trick with cable ties or elastic bands

Gunk and a jetwash - covering electrical bits with plastic bags

Then use a laquer or finishing spray once dry

I often Spray mine with wd40 everything under bonnet<engine off>

I wouldn't recommend using Nick's technique as it makes your engine rotate 90[sup]o[/sup]
