"Efficient" is such a mis-used word

Yet more scare-mongering reporting. Typical of the woeful standards of the media recently.

Not a realistic option.

Are they seriously going to piss off the car manufacturers & their lobbyists? Are they going risk upsetting the various Chambers of Commerce, the CBI etc etc? Too many votes to lose, especially with the slender lead Neu Arbeit has in the polls.

Well will the government lead by example?

The day 2 Jags or Tony get the National express is the day when I think about selling one of my cars.

I have no children using up resources like schools. Our househould is below the national average for occupants therefore we use less power, water etc etc and produce less waste. Therefore less demand on utilities, the environment and less land fill space, the list goes on.

I don't smoke anyomre so I am less likely to be a strain on the NHS and I have private health care and dental etc.

I pay more income tax than a good percentage of the populous. I have more disposable income so I spend more in VAT.

So why the **** do they have to penalise the one thing that is a slithly dark cloud i.e. my cars?

Oh wait, if I was a teenage girl up the duff claiming all the possible benefits and dole scrounging as much as possible I would be a shining example of Tony's society.

Christ I really am beginning to think that this country needs a middle class revolution.

The same way we wouldn't pay the higher fuel charges, yet now I am paying 106+ for Optimax or BP.

Gradually these things creep in
