Is this an error?

In the FAQ, it states the Transmission oil as 5W/80 GL-4.

I am finding it difficult finding this grade, should it be 75W/80 or 70W/80?

Need to know which is the correct oil, so I can order up

i use Castrol SMX-S which is 75W/85

Have you looked in the handbook?

The service manual says Honda MTF

I use Red Line MTL for the diff and 75w90 for the Gearbox
