One or more of the following has happened:
1. You got the lines crossed.
2. You have a loose connections in one or more lines.
3. You put the white one-way check valve on backwards.
4. You damaged one of the lines and it's leaking.
I hope the following helps. Since you have just fitted a PRM and the Air Pump is located just below the original air box I am thinking that you may have dislodged something. It looks like it could be intermittent, but the ECU will only report it after it has occured several times in succession. I don't think it is the PRM itself, but could be the air valve is connected the wrong way round, which could in turn effect the air pump. The code is really saying there is a high voltage at the air pump when the air pump is on. When the air pump is running the voltage will be dropped across the air pump, but for some reason the ECU is not seeing this ( seeing meaning the ECU is measure the voltage on the air pump). This would indicate that there is a loose connection to the air pump or the air pump relay or the air pump is broken. You just have to follow the fault guide....good luck Andy
Revert to stock and see if the error goes. Its what the dealers will ultimately have to do when Honda UK get wind of the PRM if the dealership gets stuck - which they probably will.
I expect that what they meant when they said that 'the warranty still stands' is the the warranty still stands except for any faults that can be possibily related to the fitting of the PRM.
i.e. a failure of the suspension would be fine, but this fault won't be. Like CC says, probably worthwhile returning to stock before they investigate further..

Diagnostics at garage have now narrowed it down to a faulty relay for the air pump - now awaiting part to be fitted under warranty.
Hope the thread has been of interest, I've certainly learned a lot!
Glad to hear it is sorted AE. Despite the lost possibilities of a thread to discuss the infamous Honda secret hidden fault code "Pee one for one two" (P1412).
Curses just got this code - P1412. Dealer was scratching their head as they had not seen it before. Car has to go back as they say it needs the bumper removed to examine air pump and they didn't have time.
