Default Exterior Door Handle Lights

I've seen these on a couple of cars, and I was wondering if anyone had fitted these, and what people thought of them.
I'm kinda tempted to get some and have them hooked up to the interior light circuit.

To be clear, I'm not thinking of having red lights as shown in the picture. Plain white only (but I couldn't find a picture of them). I've seen a lot of exec cars with them and I think that they look quite smart.

I've never been a big fan of exterior lights (under car etc) but these seem less chavtastic.

Consider a red LED under the left handle and a green LED under the right handle.

Fair enough but your car is a ten year old Honda (same as mine).

A £10 ebay kit won't quite have the same effect as lights on a top of the range Merc AMG etc.

Perhaps not, but even Honda now put the feature on the Legend. http://legend.honda.com.au/about-the-car_exterior.aspx

When you unlock the car, the interior lights come on briefly, so I wouldn't have thought it would look that bad!

For vanity or to make it easier to find the handles in the dark?

Personally, I quite like well customised car.
Even if they aren’t to my taste I can appreciate it when someone has put some work into a car with deseaming, painting, bodykits and all the rest for a well finished job.
I can appreciate the workmanship and effort – and there’s a part of me that knows that if I was 10 years old again I’d be jumping up and down shouting ‘Wow, cool, look at that, the cars glowing from underneath, it looks like a spaceship’

I hate seeing cars where someone has plugged in £50 worth of Halford bling into the cigarette lighter and used a couple of self tappers to add some bodykits and lights.
