Failed MOT!

Question Failed MOT!

My 53 plate has just had it's 45k service (actually only done 21k) and MOT at same time but has failed the MOT

Seems both windscreen wipers were split ..which is a fail?! (

Can be expensive when it all comes at once! they dont seem that high though. Best to shop around all the time any how.

I was told my pads were worn (90%) at service, I bought replacement ones from Brake Parts International and when I took them off with friendly mechanic help they were 50% worn IF THAT so check or have second opinion before you part with cash. Source parts yourself and get assistance from here to fit would be a good way forward I think!

That is crazy money for tyres.. Definately take it somewhere else for the work and take it back for the re test.

Im sure their prices will drop if you have it all done, ask them if they are willing to discount as your spending the money with them.
Garages are feeling the pinch to, the motor trade is not good at the moment so dont be afraid to shop around.
