Ferodo strike again

Blimey. Tis starting to look that way. Maybe its a result of the heavy braking aspect of Rockingham.
Any pics? where is the crack?
I'm going to get some new discs for Donington and see how i get on. I certainly didn't crack a disc there last time using the DS2500's.

Is it equal to say EBC discs strike again rather than just the Ferodo pads
I dont know the background on this, but seems like 2 of you have had cracked EBC discs, with the Ferodo pads?
Any other type of discs cracked on a Ferodo pad?
While im not a fan of the EBC stuff, the holes appeared to be blind drilled / not straight through - however the ones I have ever seen fail, are right through the holes as per Lower's... Looks like a weakness there to me.
Im putting DS2500 on the DC5 with stock discs for the Ring.

Not quite as dramatic as Lower's pick.
Lower had spoon disks, Chilled had standard, both cracked at Rockingham with Ferodos. Angelsey was pretty tough on brakes as well (on the plus side I was very impressed with them). Maybe I'd have cracked mine at Rockingham if I wasn't suffering fluid fade all day.
Mine aren't drilled, just dimpled.

I'll be avoiding Ferodo then
