Default A few problems getting some of the trim back!

I have been giving the S a really good clean and had the seats out and the plastics from behind the seats and sill etc etc. I also removed the front half of the plastic that covers the roll bar on the drivers side................and now i've got it back but it wont clip into the other half at the back if you follow?? Any tips would be great

I'm not 100% sure on this but don't you have to break the roll bar covers to take them apart?
