Just looking at my options to adding a oil cooler with filter relocation - need relocation when adding oil cooler due to lack of space because of supercharger.

If i was to do it i would want a thermostat built into the filter relocation, without stacking a sandwich plate on top of the filter relocator.

The only ones i can find seem to be from Greddy, with a 82c thermostat, Which i can only find from japan and would cost around £150. Or one from a company called improvedracing which will probably cost around £300+ with import duties :s But it has the option of a higher thermostat which is what i want.

Am i missing something? Why are their seemingly none available in the uk? Any other options?

 

Try think automotive, they stock them and make up lines etc.

Maybe try Tom/TGM also as he sourced/fitted my relocation kit and sensors whilst adding a sandwich plate to the stock location

They do a separate stat so could be paired with a separate relocater is space is a problem.

I actually have one on my car, a plate over where the original oil filter goes, to a remote filter housing with thermostat built in. As said bought it from think auto!! Ringer them up!
