That's the right thing to do with the amount of power you will be running, if i was running your power I'd do the same.

Ahhhh good old 'J-boy' - the epiphany of a Japanese chav!, his lover 'gay-boy' aka MB is waiting in the pits for him all lubed up in Castrol edge, 5w-40 not 5w30 as it goes in easier, and provides protection at higher operating temps.

I'm pretty sure they made a mistake with J boys FD as i read it was actually 4.44.

If you want to try out what a higher ratio rinal drive is like, fit smaller wheels with thinner profile tyres.

You'll get EXACTLY the samre result

Chris.

I also enjoyed by 4.625 FD but went back to standard when (a) I stopped using the S2000 on the track; and (b) an increasing % of my annual mileage was sat on the motorway.

I just thought I'd bump this as there is a great group buy on Motor Klasse 4.44 gears over here!

https://www.s2ki.com/s2000/topic/908...444r-gears-gb/

I never check the other forums but google happened to bring it up when I was reading up on 4.4 vs 4.57. I've decided to order some, bargain at under £200 delivered (excluding VAT and import) but still a brilliant deal!!!
