Finally got it!
Collected the car yesterday, brand new black/black 2002, thought I'd post first impressions/questions:
Most liked: The grunt noise the exhaust kicks out whilst changing gears!
Most confused: is the right (drivers side) HID light set slightly lower than the left? I ask because whilst driving instead of seeing a dead straight horizontal line I get a slight dip in the middle: --,__ (That's my feeble attempt at showing you what it looks like) My initial thought is that it's supposed to be like this to stop blinding oncoming traffic..
Most Liked Part 2: The feel of the gear stick/shifting through gears just keeps me entertained all day long!
Most Iffy: The cover on the Radio when it sets down just feels like it gets in the way even though it doesn't.... Am I alone on this one?
Most Liked Part 3: The hood goes down so fast it's shocking!
Most Iffy: I can't fastforward with a CD in from my dashboard controls.. (But I've never wanted the radio on whilst driving the car...the sound is just far too beautiful to ruin with kiss fm, just thought I'd mention it!)
Personally: I LOVE the Interior, the car just feels so sexy and alive. No regrets whatsoever!!
Cheers to all you guys on this forum btw for your comments, really did give me the last nudge I needed to place the order. I will get some pictures scanned in over the weekend (heard it's gonna be a hot one!!)

FYI: I got it from Alan Day (Honda) up in Whetstone, the service I got from them was absolutely brilliant and would highly recommend them if you live in the North part of London.
Take it easy!

Welcome fully to a very exclusive club, you now own a superb full of fun car,
in answer to one of your questions,
HIDs are set a different heights so as not to blind on coming traffic IMO
A couple of points of advice,
- Keep an eye on the oil regularly
- Run in the engine before you start VTECing 600 miles nothing less
- If you want to increase the
factor, remove your airbox cover, you will lose power but the increased noise is worth it
- Sign up for the Supermeet in September, just had one and it is the best thing you will do
Anything else I can help with let me know
Anthony

Hi
Glad you like it, you will appreciate it even more as time elapses
My headlight is the same although I don't know if it's normal?
Don't really think about the radio 'flap' although I cant understand why they didn't incorporate some kind of locking mechanism?
Glad you're impressed, what colour? is it a new one? are you coming to the September superdooper meet
cheers

You will find that both headlighst have the same beam pattern, with a step in the centre. Sort of like this
---__
If you park facing a wall, you should see the individual beams.
Conventional headlights have a cutout to prevent blinding oncoming traffic, which looks more like this.

Glad you like the car
but I guess that is pretty much like saying glad you like winning money..... it is such a given that you will like it

Just a quick comment here, but doesn't the "CH" button ffwd to the next track ?!?! I have a Japanese car with an MD stacker, so it could be different, but that's how I change tracks.....

Glad you like it - think of all those summer days ahead
IMHO having seen the 48 last weekend - it looks superb in any colour!
Think your headlight pattern is normal - somewhere on the UK board there was a discussion on this - I think Cedric T posted a pic.
Had mine nearly 5 months - still get a buzz every time I see it, hear it, drive it - and I'm really muuuuuch too old for this sort of thing!
