Default Fire Extingulsher

Hi everyone due to the recent car fires being talked about on here i thought i would invest in a extingulsher.
So was wondering were the best place to mount it would be.My main concern is in the summer with it getting to hot and exploding idea's would be greatful thanks.

Left hand side of the passenger footwell is where the OE one gets mounted

All the early Euro imports came with an extinguisher.

My previous S (MY00) had one mounted in the passenger footwell.

I mounted mine on the back left of the boot, behind the passenger seat.
