Default First Blast of 2008

Bored by 2.30 today and also felt I was now sober enough so got the S out and had a jolly time blasting for 80 miles around the villages near east leake. The roads were a wee bit greasy and I did have one wobble, but Happy times - here's to many more this year

Was on fumes by the time I finished - hope I make the garage tomorrow

Went out this afternoon top down from Brum into Warwickshire for a run. Bliss. came back with some sloe hedge cuttings so hoping for some fruit to make sloe gin next year! Thinking the S02s are getting a bit thin and wondering about whether to brave Yokohama A048 for 2008?!

Mine was on the way home from my aunt and uncles, where I stayed last night. In the pouring rain, with no speedometer or power-steering. Here's to a wonderful 2008.

Just under 400 miles to Nottingham and back.
Roof up as fog and intermitent showers all the way

The bonus was there was very little traffic around.

Because the traffic was so light the number of middle lane morons stood out, I'd say about 30%

Went for a blast this afternoon with my brother in his Elise around Cheshire, cold and slippy made for lots of fun!

More miles today than the last 3 weeks put together, really enjoyed it, might go again tomorrow.
