Default first dent.

I've got a small dent on the rear quarter panel just above the brake light, on the curve of the bodywork...

First of all, how difficult will this be to remove? Also does anyone know of any good bodywork places in Scotland?

Thanks for help
Matthew

Probably not do-able with a dent repair guy as that area isn't really reachable.. although I could be wrong.

In terms of bodywork? Its going to cost a lot as you'd need to blend the boot, rear bumper & door and paint the entire quarter and skirt

I've used a guy in Fife that did a great job unfortunately I don't think he'd travel to your side of the country, what I suggest is you ask in a good(quality)car dealership who they recommend, or even the Honda dealer that's how I got my contact, sorry I can't help more.

Hi there, mine had around 8 dings of various intensities on the doors and front wings. I took it to Phoenix Honda in Glasgow (used to be Hyndland Honda) and they put me in touch with their ding guy, £100 later and they were all gone. Very pleased, he did it whilst car was being serviced and invoiced through the dealer so I wasn't even inconvenienced.

Would it not be reachable by removing the light and through the wiring hole?

Without taking the brake light out, it seems as if the underside of the panel is accessible ie not a closed boxed section. I'll take the brake light out and have a proper look though.
Yeah if it cant be rolled or popped out its going to be a full panel respray. I would need to do it though as its pissing me off!
Thanks

I've got something similar to the above, but not as bad. Hopefully the discussion in the thread should give you some idea of how your dent might be removed.
Very much thanks, gives me hope!

No worries, thanks anyway, I'll do that. I'd travel further than fife to get this fixed!

I think it will, I'll take the light out on Sunday and have a look.

Just got round to getting photos of this now. Going to ask the lads at Hyndland Honda to have a look when it's in for servicing. Thanks again for help.

The PDR guy I have used before can do glue pulling where there is no access to the rear of the panel. I think it's quite specialist so ask around if anyone local to you can do it.

Diamond dents would probably be able to do that.
