Default First tank

Well, first real tank used up going back and forth to work (130 mile round trip ish). Weather has been pants especially today so not much testing.

295.8 miles, 41.8 litres popped in = approx. 32mpg

I suspect this will go down if the weather brightens a bit.

I managed about 32 mpg for the first 3 weeks of ownership - while running in, and also thought, this isn't too bad...

More like a realistic 25mpg now for 'normal' use...

20-25ish mpg on a spiritied Sunday AM jaunt...

And 134 miles from a tank on a trackday (including some road travel!) or about 14mpg , which I am still happy with as I previously owned an Impreza that did just 7mpg on track.

It's all relative and its difficult to put a price on the fun you can have in an S.

I've never tried testing the consumption of my S! I'm off for a trip to Scotland in September, I'll probably use that as a test as I'll be keeping all the receipts to see how much more expensive my Scottish driving holidays are now with these fuel prices!!
