Just a thought ....

If buying from the US, is the floorpan the same for LHD/RHD i.e. a passenger rail from the US would be a driver rail in the UK?

Yup. The US guys are mostly using RHD JDM rails.

Look up unit 8 performance, they sell these and can reccomend rails. They also advise trying them for size first - apparently a bit snug!

I tried them and they emailed me a couple of times but after I explained that the rails for existing seats wouldn't work I didn't hear from them again

In the end I ordered the Bride rails from Taka-Kaira.

Took them 10 days to get them in stock and it then took TNT 2 days to get them to Luton and a further 5 days to get them to me (They were delivered by taxi in the end as they fcuked up the delivery 4 times)

Now I need to figure out how to fit them.
