Fitting a new roof
I want to fit a new roof with glass screen to my '99 S. The plastic screen is pretty scuffed & no amount of cleaning wih the BMW stuff will shift it, apart from that the roof is going very thin & cracking in places (it is nearly 9 years old after all).
I've read the very good step-by-step instructions in the FAQs but just wondered if anyone here has fitted one & has any other advice to add, or is it as easy as it looks? Presumably I will just need to mount a switch (via the fusebox) for the HRW.
