Default Fog Light Switch.

Just got a stock fog light dash button off E-bay to replace my aftermarket ESVA import button.

The current button has 3 wires, any easy method of swapping these wires to the five spades on the back of the stock button?

Anyone want a dash washer jet button, as my import doesn't have the jets? Let me know.

I'd found This Thread .. but of course it's rather vague with no real details.

Looks like there is a small ECU to do this on a UK car.

Any ideas chaps?

My guess :

5 wires would probably be

Earth, permanent power, switched power, illumination feed & a trip wire to the relay for the foglamp.

Aftermarket would probably be Earth, power & a trip wire to the relay.

Only a guess though.

Good luck.

Looking at the other link, this button triggers a small ecu.

Does anyone have a pin out guide for the buton, or even a electrical diagram?

I'm going to have to get a multimeter in there and start testing stuff out.

Well mine does but mines JDM too. I assumed you wanted a UK owners opinion.
