Default Front Bush! How to remove?

I've finally managed to remove my lower wishbones after about 2 days of cutting away at 3 bolts.
Taken the arms to my local garage and used their press to push in the mugen compliance bushes.
I am however a bit confused on how to remove the front most bushes on the lower wishbone????
There is no shoulder for the press to grip against when pushing it out. Do I have to burn it out, or cut the flange off to allow the press somewhere to grip?
Any advice would be appreciated. Will make a second attempt at garage tomorrow...hopefully with a working solution.

I have managed to remove them recently with a small hydraulic press and a variety of different size sockets

I used a angle grinder to cut of the lip off, then pressed it out.

Mikefifth showed me a picture of a removed front bush only yesterday. I can't work out what it's got to do with fixing a car though.

You should be able to push them all out with a press.
Out of interest, when you put the compliance bush back in, did you line it up properly as they are directional?

Thanks. Used an angle grinder to remove the lip edge. Will take back to garage tonight and use press to push it out.
As for the compliance bush, I saw the instructions regarding direction. Unfortunately I could not see any markings on the wishbone to which the arrows on the bush could be aligned. Looking at the picture, I took my best guess and aligned the arrow to point horizontal to the wishbone (Pointing towards the centre hole on the front bush). Is this correct?

I remove both lip edges with an angle grinder and then pressed out both halves in both directions, as it was impossible to remove both in only one direction... I firstly removed the inner pin, and then the outter case incl. the rubber from both sides...
Good luck! :-)
