Over the past couple of days my fuel gauge seems to have been a bit erratic, but until now I thought it was just me. Tonight though, whilst travelling on a straight, flat section of motorway the gauge dropped 2 bars in about 10 miles, and then went up a bar?
Has anyone else experienced problems with the fuel gauge on the S

All the time, Dave
It's one of the S2000's quirks. I tend not to pay too much attention to the fuel gauge - I zero the trip counter when I fill up and start to think about filling up anytime between 200 and 250 miles, depending on how I've been driving.

Sorry, Dave, I meant to also say
that I've sporadically had the same thing happen to mine. No idea why, but it comes and goes. It's happened maybe 3 or 4 times over the past year. It seems to return to "normal" quite quickly - I've no idea why it happens or why it spontaneously puts itself right.......

I've had similar things happen to mine also.
It's most odd.
I remember one time I had only 1 bar left when I got home, with the intention of getting some optimax on the way out in the morning Then in the morning it had gone up to 4 bars.
Must be connected to the alignment of the planets or something.
