I don't get this either.

Optimax prices have been roughly about 4 p per litre more expensive than regular over the last couple of years. When the regular stuff goes up by say 4 p I expect Optimax to rise by the same amount. Recently though it has been around 8 - 10 p per litre more expensive.

If anyone can shed any light on this I'd be quite interested.

So, roughly 50p / litre - 1/2 of what we're paying. Nope, don't think that'll make us feel any better.

were tlaking about percentages here... yes england pays unreal amounts on fuel but its all in relation to standard of living how much you make etc and what you are conditioned to.....

if your used to paying 3 cents a litre and it goes up to 25 cents... even if uganda pays 3.00 it still hurts....
