Fuel Problems?
Hey,
Following my recent post about a change in the cars performance
https://www.s2ki.com/forums/index.ph...=345863&hl=lag
After a few tanks of optimax and a map whack or two the problem seemed to go away.
Until this week. Now the only things have changed since before, is that i used the same shell petrol station as i did the first time i had the problem (Optimax of course).
So same thing again, seems to be a lag in the acceleration when you plunk the foot down. The only other thing to recently change is that i put the CAT in on saturday for the MOT
So, is it
1)Dodgy fuel from a dodgy Petrol Station that should be named and shamed?
2) A safe mode related to the CAT being stuck back in??
or
3) A dodgy MAP and the petrol is a conicednce?

Mine kangaroos in traffic sometimes..Is that the map sensor on its way out?
If it kangaroos very badly (ie violently and dangerously) then it is a rarer nightmare problem.
