Default Fun in the snow

Anyone else have some fun this morning?

The M3 around Farnborough and Fleet was very slushy too this morning and had to take it very slowly. I could feel the back end twitching even with only a few revs.

Think it is about time I bought a second car for this type of driving.

The other week when I was on the M25, it was very bad. Just went past a car on the 2nd lane and a jeep behind me kept flashing me to move over. Problem was that between the lanes it was all ice and dangerous. I moved over and the car was twitching all over the place (had very worn rears at the time). As the Jeep passed me the driver gave me a look to say 'sorry mate, didn;t realise the roads were that bad for you'. I don;t think he'll be flashing anyone else in a sports car to move over in icy conditions! Grateful though, as many drivers these days wouldn't have given a toss.

Check your tyres buddy!

Yeah, my rubber wasn't exactly tremendous, so I am getting that replaced on Saturday.

So glad I drove home from Manchester last night! It is chaos down here in Surrey this morning.

Luckily I was planning to work from home today and tomorrow anyway, this little baby is not going anywhere ....

... and I wanted to clean it today!!

Drive carefully folks.

- Adam.

I was going to take it to get the CD player fixed today. I went around the block in my old Accord to check out the driving conditions. Not good. And after reading all of the postings - It stays firmly in the garage!!

Unfortunately I have to drive my S to work, my other car has been commandeered by the wife ever since she passed her test

I don't know what the weather is like were you guys are but in the NE its like a blizzard - I'm not looking forward to going home! I could only get up to 30/40 on the A19 this morning coming in to work because of the traffic.

No today I think

It's only the second day that I haven't regretted buying a Scoob instead of an S!!

AWD and snow is great fun, find a deserted car park and practise 4 wheel drifting. Doesn't come close to making up for the VTEC though.
