Default gary b

as some of you know we got robbed over christmas, and the kids motorcross bikes were taken, along with a mountain bike and my mams lotus.the car was recovered the following day.and the mountain bike turned up 2 days later, but unfortunately the motor x bikes are long gone
to say the kids were upset is an understatement,as they were there main xmas prezzies and they only had about two hours use out of them.

anyway...i recieved a pm from gary saying he has a kx65 in the back garden that hasnt been used for a while.and we could have it for nothing
couldnt believe it and neither could my eldest,he is really chuffed to bits.so just wanna say you and your son are top lads
goes to show there is still decent people kicking around

"Nice to meet you Dan, so you want to fit your ETD? Pop your bonnet to let the engine cool and I'll sort it for you"

The man shredded his knuckles removing my heat shield. He fitted the ETD without complaining. I'm not surprised he did you a good turn there, Steve. If there's an example of what a forum member should look like, GaryB is it.

You'll have me blushing. lol

Glad you got back ok Steve.

To be fair, this one is down to Jamie as it was his bike. As some of you will know, we've had some problems with Jamie in the past in his attitude and behavior but things started to turn around for us after JAE. He's turning into a really nice lad and is making me more proud of him every day.

When I told him your story Steve, he said we should "pay it forward" and that really touched me so I PM'd you with the offer.

What I forgot to mention when you were here is that he still has most of his old kit. He wants to hang on to his Helmet and body armour (The armour has a huge gouge out of it from his big crash that he has on display in his room ) but he has a good jacket and nearly new boots that he's grown out of. I'll see if I can get some pics over if you're interested.

You may as well hang on to those straps too. When I went back to the shed after you'd gone I realised I have bloody hundreds of them
