Also, is the red console the exact same colour as the red seats in the S2000 (MY00)?.

Dont get the Honda cover, its plastic and so is the boot. I had the Aus2000 console cover and I thought it was great, infact I just sold it to Dominic and he made a post saying how pleased he was with it. I havent seen Ricks. i think Ricks is more like an 02 Honda cover in that it fits close to the transmission tunnel where as Aus2000's have a stiffer side. I really like the Aus cover and am even considering binning the shite one on my 03 car. BTW Cedric had some brilliant pics of his red cover and shift boot.

I had the old style Rick's leather console cover, and I now have an Aus one which is better IMHO. Good value, fits great - I'm a happy customer. I've also got a leather shift boot from Ricks, which is top quality. I just think on the design the Aus is better. I know if I needed another, I'd order direct with Aus without hesitation - no problems shipping, no expensive, and a great product. The Rick's stuff is still great quality, but the old design of cover at least wasn't as good as the Aus.

Right!

seems to be Aus$360 for the bits from Aus2000 and Aus$260 from Ricks for the two bits.

Is it really worth the extra $100 for the Aus2000 bits?

The console cover has different stitching (you specify). Anyone know which looks the most professional? I'll probably go for all red with simple stitching although having top stiching is tempting.

I also think red would look better than black for a silver/red MY00 car? agree? pics?

Is there any difference between the leather gear knob boot? the bit that surrounds the shaft, not the knob cover btw!

Getting there!

Rick's stuff will be priced in US$ - by my reckoning that makes the prices very similar.

You pays your money and takes your choice - both are top notch products.
