Default A great weekend for fixing a coolant leak.

I noticed when it went in for an mot this week that I have a small coolant leak on the connection between the stat and the hose so I need to split the two, clean up the surface and fit a new jubilee clip.

Joy, just the weekend for crawling under your car on your drive....

Although I'll be stripping and re-painting my cam cover too to make things a bit more fun.

Best get ready for very chilly fingers!

Nah, I just spend most of my weekends tinkering. It's more fun than house cleaning, DIY or stopping my kids fighting.

Time to go raid halfords for anti-freeze and nitromors.

BLOODY HELL that coolant is cold!!

Warming my hands on a coffee before I got and re-fit, re-fill and bleed.
