Default Hardtop Fitting Kit Bolts

Ok, so I've sold my hardtop and fitting kit though the FS section on this site and i want to make sure everything is good for the buyer, so as i understand it the bolts that secure the fitting kit brackets are longer than the originals, so what have you guys who have removed fitting kits from your GT's done about replacing the bolts that you removed?

I was originally hoping to swap over plastic panels and bolts on the cars side by side, but that's not practical for the buyer and he's coming to collect the hardtop and fitting kit in a van. I guess i'll just fit a rubber blanking plug to the hole in my panel where the heated rear window socket was fitted.

from memory they are standard M6 and M8 bolts, take em out and nip down the local hardware store and buy the same length, even at B&Q inflated prices you should get the lot for less than £10
