Hi there

I'm at a honda dealer now and they cant seem to locate the defroster relay can someone tell me what the part number is or what type it is so i can then source one

thanks
I've had the same problem.

I've been told that the only way is if someone who has a MY02+ could just pull their relay out and tell you what's written on it. My dealer was waiting for a suitable car to come in for service, and I've been waiting since September

I'm awaiting a fitting kit for my MY00 complete with relay. I'll try to remember to post up the details of the relay here when I receive it.

This is very useful thanks. I assume I can do the same for wiring in the demister in my new(ish) glass window in the soft top?

I already have the switch.

If I get the relay from somewhere, is this all I will need? Will the wiring that is shown in the diagram already be present somewhere?

thanks
Mark

yes should be the same principle
there are 2 relays you need one under the bonnet in the smaller fuse box and one under dash

my car seems to already have the the relay under the bonnet so i am thinking i may just need the one under the dash
