The main beam headlight bulb on my passenger side looks like its blown.

Where can I get a replacment? Been looking on Ebay and I've noticed these

Are these adequate as a direct replacement? Can anyone recommend an alternative?

Do you mean dipped beam or high beam? If it is the former then they are the wrong ones but the latter I'll let someone else chime in as I am not certain.
