Default Hello from a newbie

Just thought i'd post up and say hi,

I currently have a 350Z but have decided to move across to the S2K, i used to have an MR2 Roadster and i miss the open roof motoring.

Still spend alot of time on 350z-uk.com so its taking me a while to get to gripes with the new S2K forum new layout and all that.

i'm hoping to be all swapped over sometime next week.

been really impressed with what i've seen so far, and the forum seems very friendly. spent the last 2 weeks using the search function and think i have it down to a fine art now.

i like to do the odd mod to the car, but not into the extreme. got some plans already and will probably be asking some questions soon.

I'm based in Suffolk, outskirts of ipswich near the A12 heading out to Woodbridge

sorry for the miss placed post, still learning the forum. completely different setup to what i'm used to but i'm sure i'll adjust quickly

i'm down grading to a s2k not in car performance as the s2k is very capable; but more in respects to getting an older car with higher mileage. and recouping some captal back out of my car. i know the capabilites of the s2k and would say they are comparable to the zed, but both require very different driving styles.

i have loved my zed ownership but found i've got a bit lazy with the v6 and miss driving a high revving car. i've not go tthe noise i wanted from the zed regardless of different mods and have heard some very sweet sounding S's.

i'm really excited about getting the honda and know its the right choice. just got to wait till half term next week so i can do it properly. no point getting to attatched ot a possible car as they seem to go quickly. so once i found it next week i'll go straight there and test it. if i like it i'll buy it.

been doing my research and know what the common faults are; but must admit, they seem pretty bulit proof as long as they've been well maintained.

Hey RT!!

I remember you off the MR2ROC Forum. I had the same username on there as here too. Not sure if you remember but I had the veilside blue phoenix roadster for 2 years which I then sold onto 'trouble'. I've had my S for 2 years now and it is IMHO an all round better car than the MR2. I'm only selling mine now as I'm looking to get a newer one.

Welcome to the fold.
