Can anyone give me some advice please... whilst checking my oil level yesterday i noticed on the red rocker cover there is some sort of valve? or thing coming out with a pipe on it? (as you can tell i am not mechanically minded) when i looked at his thing it had gone white with some sort of dust almost like it had boiled and the white dust was the residue left? anyone any ideas? do i need to take it back to the stealer?

please help.
