Default Help on pricing

Hey guys, I noticed another member also started a topic like this, Mine however is a little harder to price. It was a CATD Cosmetic Right off it's been fully repaired and Drives straight as an arrow.
I got it just to break but just don't have the time or space any more to do so.

Quick summary of the car;
Gp white
58.000 miles
2000 on a T plate
Full year mot
5 months tax
It's Just had diff, gearbox fluid changed with redline stuff, engine serviced ,brake fluid changed to Super blue stuff.
It has Rota torques alloys on it but i may put standard ones back on.
Has 6-Pot K-Sport Front brake Kit, Calipers, big discs and pads.
Fully adjustable Coilovers
Powerflow Exhaust full S/S and Decat
Facelift front and rear lights.
Shaved front bumper No washer holes or number plate holes
Fully sound proofed, Doors, Boot and floor lining,
Glass rear screen

Interior condition, 7/10 has a hole in the red leather seats just happened today as it had a different seat in it and leather one was in shed Mouse decided to make a leather bed

Outside is 8/10 paint is great, arches look like they've been rolled but not that well. Soft top has a small rip. Apart from that really nice condition.

If at all possible, just a Rough price as ive just not got time or space. Ive got Thick skin and am realistic, so lay it on me.

Thanks very much for all reply's in advance.

Sounds ropey!

If you bought it to break, just sell it at the price you bought it. Someone else will do the same...

I'd be interested, sounds like some of the parts would be a good swap onto the track car I'm trying to build

Seems some good bits on there. If you decide to break it or whoever buys it breaks it, I may very well be interested in the big brake kit...
Sorry I know its not very helpful on your original question for price. But as MB says, just sell for what you paid for it if its in the same condition. Add some ££ if you did some work / added value to it.

Mate of mine paid £4500 3 years ago for a 2005 CAT D with 53k on the clock, near mint condition inside and a few cosmetic things wrong on the outside. cant see anyone paying much more than 3k for a MY00 CAT D. (I may be wrong though.)
Everything was standard on the car.
To be honest mate I think breaking would be the way forward,
Hope this helps a little

I'd say its worth around 3k with all the bits on it. (less if the miles were higher so helped by that.)

Problem with CAT D etc write offs is the limited market for folk willing to buy them.

My old Westfield was recorded but doesn't bother me for track cars.

Do you have pictures of before, during and after repairs as I think that makes a big difference to resale of a recorded car.

I'd consider swapping for mine (99 T with 90k miles) with money my way if you were interested? Has a couple of bits on it that I'm looking to do on mine and it's just a track car so cat D doesn't phase me.

Cheers,

Dave
