Picked up at 6pm. Top down, warmed up.....


What a noise! I love this car! Having driven plenty of Elises and Chimeras I did notice that the throttle lift off is a little more pronounced. Maybe because I've been used to a barge for the last year. Awesome to drive though. Need to get out and have a blast as I was stuck in traffic and only had respite with a few roundabouts.

The security bloke at the dealership said to me that I had a great car and got a few toots on the way back

We have the missus' dad staying with us at the moment and it was an absolute killer trying to make small talk with him while the S was sitting outside calling to me...

"Drive me, thrash me, make me dance with gay abandon around corners and roundabouts..."

It was very hard to keep it up but I know I gained huge brownie points for not being rude and spending all evening in ther car.

 

That composure deserves a free pass for a weekend full of top down fun!

Well there is good news and bad news about the weekend.

Saturday - I have to troll around with the missus paying bills, doing this, doing that and taking her to the Police place on SZR to get her temporary driving licence so she can drive the S (she's still on a visit visa.

Friday - She's going diving so I have all day to drive, drive, drive!
