Hi all,

I just wanted to introduce myself - I am Vin, a former S2000 passenger since 2000 and a recent proud owner. I say recent, I'm 6k in and 2 track days (all in 3 months!)! Loving every minute.

I do know a few of you guys, particularly the older crowd. I am PJLs son and felt I wouldn't be doing either of us justice without having my own!

I have an '08 Berlina Black and which I would post pictures of if I could work out how!

Hi Vin, I never got to meet your dad, he passed away just before I got my S. What I do know is that he was held in very high regard by everyone.

I'm not too sure there are many of the longer standing members from those days who are still regulars here, but I'm sure those that are will be along shortly to say hi and welcome. Do you have any plans to turn your car into a monster like your dad's or re you going to keep is standard? Oh and they do like a picture around here

Thank you for this - I wasn't in the position to come at the time, I read it cover to cover before I decided to post on here yesterday too. Great to see how well liked he was.

 

Thanks for all the welcomes guys, for those that knew P I do come with the enthusiasm for toying with my S - maybe not a budget as high as is like though!

I'm sure I'd see some around soon, I spoke to Ian about coming to a 'meet' soon.

I have the 'man-flu' today and laptop is at work so I will post some pictures tomorrow, thanks for the heads up!

The love for your dad was immense and he'll never be forgotten by this community, even those who never knew him in person!
