Hidden extra settings on oem cd player
posted this in the electronics forum, but I guess not many UK users read it, can ayone help or has everybody replaced their OEM's?? !
I've got a UK 2003 car and just found that if you hold down the volume control a new set of menus appear starting with AF- on, if you press the numbers on the radio you step thro other menus, anyone know what they all mean ?? the last one just switches the clock between 12h / 24h !!

AF is RDS Alternate Frequencies aka swap randomly between two similar radio stations every 5 seconds. Best setting for this is OFF unless you never listen to the radio.
Let us know what the others menu items are and we might be able to help.
PS Yes, we've all (well nearly) replaced our headunits.
