I'm thinking about upgrading my stereo (probably get new head unit and speakers, including installing rears). Don't want advice on what to get as I can find plenty of threads on that. Just want to know:

Is the stock Honda CD changer I have installed currently compatible with all makes of head unit?

I don't want to buy a new changer as well.
