Default HONDA SELL OFF BITS CHEAP?

So what will Honda do with their stocks of spoilers, lips, badges and and sundry other S2000 accessories now the can is now longer made and threre must be very customers left to buy such items.
Gather dust in a wharehouse somewhere?

I have a vested interest as I fancy a high boot spoiler but no way paying Honda piss taking prices.

Remains to be seen?, would be nice if they did go down.

However they might go up if they are not making bits due to the rarity

Honda have a legal obligation to continue to supply/produce replacement parts for the s2000 for 10 years after the final year of manufacture.

Given the s2000's following & the number of aftermarket products available through the jap & us markets i think the answer is obvious.

It's actually Honda's suppliers who have the obligation.

There is no reason to think that suddenly parts will become hard to get, in any case - if they did the prices certainly wouldn't go down!

Citroen decided that the costs of the 10-year homologation requirements for the disastrous GS Birotor were too onerous; they bought (nearly) all the cars they'd sold back and crushed them.

Ford crushed thousands of parts for the racing puma 7 years after it was built because they didn't have the money to pay rent on the warehouse that housed the parts - or something like that

Wouldn't be the first time ltd edition stuff was quietly got rid of without other people's 'ok'
