Default Honda Taking The Piss - help with complaint

I got my car back from honda, and even though it cost a fortune, it was so nice to drive, much smoother then before and i was more then happy, until....

my windows were stinking from driving on the motorway so i went to squirt some water on them and there was nothing, so i thought that a bit odd since i'd filled up not so long ago. First services i seen i pulled over. popped the bonned to find a few problems to say the least.

Problem number 1) the bottom pipe that connects to the new throttle body they placed on was lose so fluid was coming out, pritty shocking since i just paid

Oh dear!

That looks like someone has run the car and forgotten to put the 710 cap on.

All of the other things that you have noticed are out of place would be them trying to clean up and hide the mess.

Oh dear, oh dear.

Now you know why they needed your car for a few days.

I don't see this as somethig to complain about, more like something to blow your top over and burn down the dealership

Name and shame the dealer.

That is bleeding shocking!!!

Complain to Honda HQ - tell them the story and ask them to take the dealer to task.

Taking someone to task means .... "having more than a serious word with them".
or bluntly.... "give them a kicking"

You have a PM.

I would be looking for some sort of guarantee from them that they haven't fecked your engine by running it without oil.
