Horsforth Honda Leeds
Hi to all S2K drivers. Went past Honda in Horsforth, Leeds today only to see an indy yellow 05 plate S2K with a body kit on it and rear spoiler. Looked awesome!!! Love the S, if it wasnt for the fact that i commute, live on high ground and Leeds being pretty bad when i snows i would definitely have one. Yellow or Nurby blue i think  But i am sure someone will snap this one up! Sunny day and a sunny bright Indy Yellow!

horsforth? what state is that in or country?? :)

Someone in the UK.
You'll have better luck in the local forums. |
That's my local garage that I got my RNBP from. And there's no problem with having an s2000 in Leeds. None whatsoever.
|
Change your profile to UK!! :D
I've done nearly 90k in 2 |
U mean you haven't heard of leeds??? :eek3:
There would be problems driving an S2k in Leeds - do you not rememebr the heavy snowfall in February over 1 week?? Or was your S tucked away in your garage??? There is NO WAY i would have gone out in a S2K in that weather knowing the handling is poor and 240bhp at the rear end.... I love the S2K and was going to buy one but lurking on this forum put me off - especially the traumatic photos of cars damaged when driven in the rain, heavy gales/wind and snow - i didnt want to take the risk or financially |
Pah, you shouldl talk to tke s2k jocks (from Scotland if you were wondering) they enjoy driving in the snow.
Anyway, the whole country comes to a standstill in snow, so it's kind of irrelevant how your car does in the snow. Just stay at home if you're that bothered. Then when the snow is cleared from the roads, and the sky is clear, take the S for a jaunt. |
This is the sort of thing we like (shamelessly stolen from JMP's BMIV pics.

Seem to be having problems posting images. Oh well, I'm sure you get the drift. And I don't have a garage.

Well on Monday we were doing above 60mph on roads like this, no problems.
