Default How much boost are you running?

I was just wondering how much boost people on here are running and with what kit? I finally got to take my car down the road last night and was registering just 5psi on the ECU, not sure whether that is low but I was expecting at least 7-8 really. I have an early TTS kit, felt good though and seemed to pull quite well.

its supposed to be 18 psi but i think my free flowing exhaust and maybe even the inlet affects this?

Mine should be 18 psi with 90 mm pulley but I've had readings of 19.1 psi. (C38-91)

Exhaust system etc can raise boost.

Surfer, your belt tight enough? If you log it, it may dip in boost at top end.

Just realised I managed to post this in the wrong section, who should I see about getting it moved over to the right area?

I've not managed to really give it a 'proper' test as it hasn't been mapped, I was just giving it a run to see what it was like, it started to go lean at about 5000rpm so I called a halt to it until I can get a driver. However I will check the belt tension, what is the TTS kit meant to boost to? I may have to get an external gauge just to check that the map sensor isn't playing up though.
