Sounds exactly like one of the Jocks did last year in his. I loved drifting the S in the wet.

I think the S and wet t-junctions go together like a good Jenna DVD and bogroll.

On another note, if i ever do stuff it completely & kill it, as long as i do it when i'm pushing it & enjoying myself whether on the road or track i will be gutted but pleased. For this type of car to die a glorious death at speed, having fun, doing what it does best is a 'worthy' way for it to go. For it to be totalled by some fecking mong pissed up in his beater would be a travesty.
Its better to burn twice as bright and live half as long , eh mate

Glad you got away with just a scuff, just think a fiesta could have been coming the other way

Follow up on my incident.

Can confirm that i am indeed one lucky fecker. Went down to CG today to get th nearside rear checked & the geo baseline re-done. Chris wove his usual magic & everything is now back to being tickety-boo. No damage to any suspension components. Have a very scuffed alloy but after the close shave who cares. Anyone with a spare 04+ stock alloy FS?

A bit of relief depsite the dealer giving it the all clear after my 'incident', taking it to Chris has allayed any fears i may have had of the S having a trauma on me somewhere in the Pyrenees in a few weeks time.

Also picked up a CG Lock while i was there. Nice piece of kit for what it does. Works a treat & well worth it if you like throwing the car around as i do.
