Default Importing Wheels and parts

Hi everyone, im a bit confused and need help from people who import parts for there s2k.

I need to know what sort of taxes you have to pay for if you import parts like wheels etc. Is it a certain percentage of the value of the parts.....??

Also how do they charge you, does it come through the post which then you have to pay over card.

Please someone help, i would like to purchase some wheels and other bits and bobs but if they are cheaper in th uk i will just get them here

Thanks
