I know its been asked before, and im sorry for reposting if its already been answered, but i couldnt see anything more recent than 2005.....

I previously owned a 97 Civic VTI and had a K&N 57i kit for that, loved the sound and (unknown for sure) performance gain (maybe 1 - 2 bhp).

Now i wanted to get the same or similar for my 2006 S2K.

Happy to pay up to around

 

Don't you actually lose bhp from heat-soak unless you have a cold air feed too?

 

That could be true, if so, what cold air kit would be best then?

Thanks for the link taking me to the same search stuff ive been trying.

However i cannot find any posts that are more recent than 2005 and cant believe that no manufacturer or new company has sprung up since those times?!?!?!

 

The manufacturers are generally set with whats out at the moment.

 

i vote ebay's finest generic CAI, and a decent filter on it.
