Has anyone got that Mugen's immitation? The price is almost 1/3 of the original and it's carbon!

I think there are a couple of people on here that have bought them .....

 

Since it's immitation, the filter probably sucks. I have a drop-in KN at the moment, will it fit the Mugen style intake?

 

Probably not. The one one ebay is conical, whilst your K&N is similar to the OEM in size.

 

I'd only be worried about the quality of the fitment tbh.

Also 25+ bhp increase...........

 

And the pic of the bonnet "cutted" and the whole thing "finsihed".

If they can't spell (or be bothered to check), I'd hate to think of the rest of the quality.

 

Best $$$ per BHP mod. Even better than FI

 

 

More importantly what does it look like inside, that's what makes the air flow improvement

 

I'd not noticed the "cutted" photos. Quality!

I also doubt the three photos they have with the carbon intake in, are actually photos of their one. There probably photos of the Mugen one, just without the stickers on.
