Default Ipod storing.....

Finally got round to buying a new stereo for the 'S' and hoping to install it once the cables arrive.

Question is, where do people run their cable to, i.e where do you put your ipod? I'm currently using a new gen nano, but over the next couple months I'll be upgraded to the new iphone.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Leggy

Current one is in a hard case in the passenger footwell but think I will run new one through to the drop down storage in the centre as it has a habit of pausing and it's difficult to reset when driving.

I have mine stashed in the cargo net in the passenger footwell - not too bothered about seeing or accessing it as my alpine HU does all the controls I need for driving.

That does look good, mines is a 2002 model though. It's an alpine headunit I've got, with full ipod control....

I strap mine into the door of the glovebox. I have an old 4th gen which stays permanently in the car, works a treat.

Glovebox. Ran the cable from the side of the passenger footwell, pulled up into the centre console, then down to the back where it exits the centre console and squeezes between the door.

At some point plan to get one of these to make it completely hidden:

On two of mine I've run the cable under the centre console and in to the pocket in the back of the seat!

Mines the same, 2nd gen Nano. It slips under ther elastic strap in the glovebox door, easy to remove.
