Amasing driving roads and scenery, if havent already done it, check it out. Was abit of a washout the long weekend, so wasnt confident enough to push too hard, but defo a topless driving road if you get the weather

Just a quick couple of questions hope someone here can help me with:

Currently have 2000 berlina black AP1, and currently trying to source a front lip, can anyone recommend any sources selling them here or willing to ship to ireland if possible?

I also have a soft top with the glass window and demister but found the connector is different, anyone have a fix for this to get this working or a wiring diagram to mod this?

I also noticed recently a leak coming from my rocker cover, seems to be only a slight leak, just notice its removing the paint from the rocker cover, anyone else on here experence this, and it an easy fix or a serious issue? Was thinking the gasket might need replacing, not so though as not very mechancially minded about these things, any advice?

Finally looking at getting bushes done on my car, and just wondering if anyone else be interested getting some to try get a group discount, currently looking at powerflex ones, but see some people go for polybushes, just interested to hear people's recommendations?

Keep an eye on the for sale section here probably best bet....

 

Most people go for Polyurethane (sp?) ones ebay, they are more durable than OEM and can be gotten for under $50 shipped if you're lucky (yet people will try sell them on the FS here for £110..) but watch out for fitment. The US side of the forum has an ebay parts tread with good sellers.

Regarding connections I know there was some changes between plugs on the pre and post facelift models, the rocker cover leak might be nothing but I would read up on it, guaranteed that the answers are on the forums here already somewhere anyway, just need to search.

I think powerflex are the only option but if I recall correctly you have to be very careful to get the correct set, again any questions you could possibly think of on this have been answered somewhere already. I am sure you could organise a group buy but the Mods on here are (rightly) quite stict about the rules for them as people have gotten messed around in the past. I would look into it before starting a tread or anything.

Well folks, I think it's time I made a few little changes to the motor. Have found myself slightly disappointed with the handling lately, nothing really wrong with it but I'd just like a bit more feel and responsiveness. For starters I'm thinkings coilovers, either cross brace or lower brace for the front and toe arms for the rear. Anyone recommend against anything or suggest any parts in particular? I know a few of you are at various stages of modification already so don't be shy!!
