Actually I have a spare S2000 front bumper that I'm shortly going to have cut to bits and lots of fibreglass & filler bonded to it for a one off bumper!!!
have you buy any chance done a front view of the car so I could use it as a template
to work from??

There's about 100 hours gone in to this. I don't have as much time as I'd like. My last holiday off was the first of Jan. But..... This Friday I finish for 2? weeks 
That will give me loads of time to prep my car for SM3.
