Hi Guys,
Well my MY99 is 10 years old and has 77k's worth of milage on the suspension, so over the past year Ive been saving and buying various suspension parts to renew and uprade the suspension which include: -
Buddy Club N+ coilovers,
Drive shaft spacers
Rack spacers
Adjustable rear toe arms
Full Powerflex Bushes
Mugen compliance bushes
17" Rota Torques
Rays Black Lightweight wheel nuts
Rear Lower Brace
I feel its an ideal opportunity to renew everything and make it feel better than it did when it came out of the factory all those years ago.
So heres the story............

So Ive decided to fit everything at once, and made an early start on wednesday. Well 1st thing was to take apart all the rear suspension ready to fit the new powerflex polybushes.
I soaked every bolt with WD40 and allowed to soak for an hour, then got to work. We removed the rear hubs and started to remove all the rear arms.
It was a pain, most bolts eventually came out, but both rear toe arm bolts were seized to the bushes and 1 lower arm bolt seized, which meant cutting the bolts out.
12 hours later, all the rear suspension is off, and weve made a start on removing the old bushes from the donated arms, which is so far 7, as its a very slow process
.
Things that have gone wrong: -
3 Bolts had to be cut (cost

I'll try not to mate, she's in a sorry state at the moment
If anyone can help me out with any spare suspension bolts please let me know.
Cheers
Tommorow is another big day on the car, all the front suspension is to be removed next, then the tiresome task of cutting out the old bushes and fitting the new ones.
I'll try and get some photo's too.
Wish me luck.

Keep at it bud
Been there done that. Did mine in december laid on cardboard in the back garden. I just went mental with an angle grinder and a saw. No f**king around!
I keep finding bit's of metal in the garden
I think I've got a spare complience bush bolt and sleeve and one lower eccentric bolt.
